"Girl Customer" waheyyy!!

The tee was aimed at a boys only crowd until I suddenly realised that females actually like the tee aswell.

different colour tee..

This is just a tester to see what one of the desins would look like on a different coloured t-shirt.
another purchaser..

This is a different design I did prior to a mid-life crisis I went through with my ex so the slogan is slightly aggressive!!

customer.

Before you know it, Its already on a tee!!!!

Believe it or not, soon as my idea arrived onto a sheet of paper it was then quickly printed and pressed onto a t-shirt and now people from my local area are wanting a few of them.

Quick Doodle

This is just a design I did in a lecture, and yes I wasnt concentrating, I was to caught up in trying to get the drawing done. I still managed to get my notes done and catch up with what was important, but as you can see have an eye for always drawing and getting my desigining world onto paper.

My product..

These are just some of the t-shirts and jumpers that I've been doing. Whenever I get the time I try and get some designs done and see which fits best on a tee, and when I think I've reached a success I go to the print room and I ask my best mate kieran to get them ready on screen. THANKS KIERAN!!

Being sidetracked with designing..

Things I've being doing on the side..

As I've mentioned I know I'm very late with starting, but whilst I've been absent I've just being experimenting with designing and putting them onto t-shirts and getting them sold. The image above is infact my own design come from my imagination. This and a few other designs have been put onto t-shirts.

Im Back!

Im a little late starting my blog this summer and if you bare with me I'll tell you why,
I have spent the summer, somewhat globetrotting! as well as taking in the culture of different countries, I spent my holidays applying what I have learned during my first year at uni.
Firstly i visited Maramaris in Turkey, a popular holiday destination for the 18-30 age range,
but instead of just drinking and partying, due to the lessons learned since last september,
I have been going around with my eyes open!
Taking notice of such things as Turkish architechture and cultural art, the patterns and colours of the buildings, furnishings, surroundings and other aspects of everyday life far taken from my own in Manchester.
Not long after returning from Marmaris I again left British shores for a Family vacation to Jamaica, Negril to be exact.
Although I have been there before many times, this is the first time i have been there with my eyes open as an Illustrator, ready to take in everything! for once I felt that I was looking rather than just seeing.
Jamaica was a far cry from Marmaris, where one destination is heavily populated and dense with cultural significance, I was able to take in a much more laid back life style in Negril and appreciate the landscapes and open spaces as buildings were very simple so i tended to concentrate on my natural surroundings.
As I am still to filter my holiday photos and pick out the ones that I feel back up what i am saying, best
I will keep this first blog, back very minimal.
As time goes on and I get back into the swing of blogging, There will be more and more for you to learn about me and appreciate.
So...thats where I am upto for now and I will leave you with a photo of a favourite moment from my recent travels!
My next blog will have alot more to report, photos and works inspired my travels!
Thanks for reading
N.W

P.S, The previous blogs are examples from my college course, although I am not the proudest of them, They are examples of how far i have come in my journey as an Illustrator so please feel free to check those out as well.
